[Arm-allstar-irlp] Connection failures

Thanks Darrell.

Unfortunately, I cannot find a download of the Debian Jessie Lite. The setup instructions would not allow me to complete the IRLP download setup.

I guess I’ll buy the software IRPL pre-load on a SD card.
