Ron,

 The only thing I can tell you on this is if you followed the install
instructions it should work as many others have gotten it working. I know
that doesn't answer your question but go back over things carefully. Did
you reroute your port forwards to the new server? Keys properly copied
over? Just go over things and if you still don't have success maybe you
could share the logs or describe more about your issue.
