[Arm-allstar-irlp] Connection failures

Do you know if the node you sold is being used, If so irlp will kick out
the second same node#. It might be easier if you made a new irlp node# and
use that. You don't need a irlp V3 board to make a new node# just type in
USED for purchase date and whatever else during install
