[Arm-allstar-irlp] Experimental Reflector problem

I'm able to connect to 9335 (UNCOMP) and 9733 (ADPCM) without issue.  I 
don't know any experimental reflectors to try.
I also haven't tried GSM. It's awful, and I won't use any reflector with 
GSM enabled.
