<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">Matt,<br><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"> I never pay much attention to the log for connects and disconnects but looking at /var/log/asterisk/messages I see there is no actual connect or disconnect messages. You do see the DTMF characters send though (not a valid node shown) -<br><br>[Oct 12 01:50:22] NOTICE[350] chan_simpleusb.c: Got DTMF char *<br>[Oct 12 01:50:22] NOTICE[350] chan_simpleusb.c: Got DTMF char 3<br>[Oct 12 01:50:23] NOTICE[350] chan_simpleusb.c: Got DTMF char 4<br>[Oct 12 01:50:24] NOTICE[350] chan_simpleusb.c: Got DTMF char 5<br>[Oct 12 01:50:24] NOTICE[350] chan_simpleusb.c: Got DTMF char 2<br>[Oct 12 01:50:24] NOTICE[350] chan_simpleusb.c: Got DTMF char 2<br>[Oct 12 01:50:25] NOTICE[350] chan_simpleusb.c: Got DTMF char 5<br><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">So you could look through the file and see DTMF commands that were sent and I one could write a script to sort all that out. I think it would be nice to have the actual command executed logged though as seeing the DTMF does not tell you what actually happened as a result of the characters bring sent. Also having it all in one line would allow grep statements to show something like all connects - <br><br> grep connect /var/log/asterisk/messages - that does not currently work though as there are no connect or disconnect messages in the log. I will discuss with Dave when things get back to normal in North Carolina which was heavily hit by Hurricane Matthew.<br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br clear="all"><div><div class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><div><b><font size="4">73 Doug<br></font></b></div><b><font size="4">WA3DSP<br></font></b></div><b><font size="4"><a href="http://www.crompton.com/hamradio" target="_blank">http://www.crompton.com/hamradio</a><br></font></b></div></div></div>

I already pull the current status to the website but wondered if there is a log of connections made to and from the node somewhere that I can read from and then display on the site?<br>
