Log into it - setup his server, request a node - get a node - setup allstar on his server there with his call, node number and the assigned node password. When you are done simply move it to his QTH. Also keep the network set at DHCP. When you are at his QTH set the assigned DHCP IP as static DHCP in the router so you always get the same IP.
