I'm trying to get up a repeater and I'm having an odd issue. As soon as everything loads up the red LED is stuck on. This is with nothing connected to the db25. I also measure 1 volt dc at pin 8. I thought maybe I had bad fob so I swapped it with another fob and I got the same thing.

I then took the fob and moved it to another RPI2 running the same image and it doesn't do it. I'm kinda chasing my tail here anyone know where to start or where to look? I must of fat fingerd something somewhere.
