Yes, I do use the checksum to ensure that I don't have a corrupt
download.<br>

Problem still exists using the newest image on a new SD card.<br>
<br>
I have a new RPi3 on the desk so I'll plug that in and see if I can
start to narrow it down to a HW fault...<br>

should do a checksum test after you download the image. Checksums for
all the releases in zipped and image form are on the website with the
downloads. Of course checksums only apply to a virgin image not one you

I've set up a new node and all is working fine apart from the Echolink
