<p dir="ltr">I can not connect the two nodes to each other. I went to<a href="http://allstarlink.org"> allstarlink.org</a> and made sure to use the same port.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Is there any trouble shooting suggestions to see if I can figure out why they will not connect? I've also left the node online for a while to make sure it gets the database.</p>

<p dir="ltr">In the CLI I says congestion and will not connect.<br></p>
