Some updates break things especially compiling with the latest gcc updates. Again I would not recommend updates and we do not support broken systems due to updates. It is probable that dahdi will not recompile after an update nor will Asterisk. If you have done an update and it is broken then you will have to reinstall the original image which is a lot easier than trying to get it to compile!<br><br>If you just need to install a single package that requires an update you can do it with the pacman -Sy <packagename> command.
