The 7330 is a SCOM repeater controller it has 8 Logics pins on the
back of the controller that you can configure for what ever you
want as Eric was pointing out. You can program the SCOM to accept
an DTMF code to change the state of Logic pin of your choice which
you could plug in a relay that actives or deactivates the power to
the Raspberry Pi2.<br>

I would think a simple way to do this is add a relay for the
power to the Rpi2 that you turn off the power and turn it back
on via the SCOM's logic pins.<br>
