<div>well I fixed my two node issue, and moved on to trying to solve up and down
echolink servers to my node. This is not an Allstar or Asterisk issue, but it is
related to what are the proper server addresses to have in echolink.org</div>
<div> </div>
<div>this issue has been experienced by several node owners in recent
weeks.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I have tried server1.echolink.org, server3.echolink.org,
server5.echolink.org and</div>
<div>naeast.echolink.org, nasouth.echolink.org, servers.echolink.org</div>
<div>some times they work, often they do not and based on ping testing they time
out.</div>
<div>Q1. does anybody have more reliable server addresses to use?</div>
<div>Q2. is there away to increase the timeout and number of conection attempts
to the servers?</div>
<div>Q3. is there any way to use a proxy to connect to the echolink servers in
echolink.conf</div>
<div> </div>
<div>So Doug does not get mad at me, this is not an Allstar Asterisk code issue,
but rather intermittent response from echolink servers</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Any thoughts</div>
