The only thing to consider is if you have the firewall turned on in the BBB or RPi2 and you are using other than the standard ssh port (222) then it won't work unless you modify the firewall definitions to the new port. It is NOT necessary to run a firewall on the BBB or RPi2 in most situations where you have a router upstream.
