<DIV>Thank you very much for trying to help. My question is regarding the
hardware and specifically the Beagle Board without sound versus the Beagle Board
DVI-D with built-in sound. I know how to stream – the company that I work for
provides streaming servers to consumers. I’ve just never used the BBB with or
without DVI-D. I don’ know which one can be used, I have USB plugin sound cards.
Will they work?</DIV>

little more what you mean by stream? Do you mean to an Internet stream server so
others can listen? Where are you streaming to?<BR><BR>I suspect the BBB and for
sure the RPi2 would do a digital stream to a stream server.

<DIV>As part of our operations we would like to stream our group of networked
repeaters. I have a lot of experience streaming but never with a Beagle Board.
Slightly OT, I apologize. But if I load CentOS onto a SSD card can I use like a
USB sound card, or am I better off using the <SPAN><FONT size=3><FONT
style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal">BeagleBone DVI-D with Audio? I don’t want to have to
run a Windoz box just to stream our repeater.</FONT></FONT></SPAN></DIV>
