You can try rewriting it. I am attaching the procedure to do that.

But first there could be a compatibility problem with the SD card that has 1.2.1 and the B board. Stranger things have happened. I always recommend San disk Ultra 8 or 16 meg cards. Do not expand the file system. Try a different card.

It is also a possibility that the BBB is just bad. I still had problems. I removed the SD card with ver 1.2 from the BBB rev B board and plugged it into the rev C BBB using the same supply, and it runs with no problems. I'm using "Lexar" 16 GB SD cards. I'm not sure what else to try. I can always keep running 1.1 on the rev B board, the opsys only hung 3 or 4 times over a 6 month period, and I attributed that to power problems.
> JimK N8PXW
>
> --------------------------------------------
> On Thu, 1/8/15, Doug Crompton <doug@crompton.com> wrote:
>
> Subject: Re: [arm-allstar] Software ver 1.2 and BBB ver B
> To: "BeagleBone Black ARM Allstar" <arm-allstar@hamvoip.org>
> Date: Thursday, January 8, 2015, 8:12 PM
>
> #yiv6484388253
> #yiv6484388253 --
> .yiv6484388253hmmessage P
> {
> margin:0px;padding:0px;}
> #yiv6484388253 body.yiv6484388253hmmessage
> {
> font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri;}
> #yiv6484388253 Hi Jim,
>
> Sorry to hear you are having
> a problem with your BBB.
