I looked at your message and then got off on something else.<br id="FontBreak"></font><br><font style="" face="Tahoma">I would say any scripts your create unless they are system specific should go in the /etc/asterisk/local directory. The /etc/asterisk directory and anything below it will be included in the backup routine. So your scripts would be saved and it would be easy to move them to another system or a new image. I created the local directory just for that purpose.<br><br>I have a weather warning script on my centos acid system but I never tried it on the Black. I am sure it would or could be made to work. I want to do this correctly with keeping the files namespace in mind.<div><br></div>
<div>Currently, I am using for the script and sound locations:</div><div> /var/lib/asterisk/wxrtp_ug </div><div> /var/lib/sounds/wx/report_ug</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>I have the script working but I am to install the asterisk-addons-1.4.13 in order to play the mp3 file generated.
