[arm-allstar] Spontaneous low network audio

Here's an annoying problem I've had for years; been running a hamvoip node
(Moto R100/DMK URI) for well over a decade. Maybe around twice a year, I'll
turn on my radio and notice all the incoming audio is super low, though I
can still hear the background power supply noise at its normal volume. A
reboot will solve this until the next time it shows up; ie. it's infrequent
enough to ignore as an occasional nuisance. Recently though, it started
showing up more often, including 3 or 4 times in one day. Does behavior
like that ring a bell to anybody..? I've been wanting to drop this R100 off
a pier for some time in favor of something a little newer but just haven't
gotten around to it yet... Oh, FYI, the R100 PS is bypassed in favor of an
external PS, due to its ridiculous inefficiency.
