Certainly!

I have this in root's crontab:

# ARES net, Sundays at 9 PM
30 08-20 * * 0 /usr/bin/asterisk -rx "rpt localplay 519320 /etc/asterisk/local/announcements/announcement_ares"

Adjust the hours as needed in the second column.  This plays from 8 AM
to 8 PM, in your case it would be '06-19'.

In my case the announcement is done with the text-to-speech script and
is saved as a .ul file.  The text is:

the Marshall and Washington counties A R E S net is tonight at 9

The spacing is needed for the speech to say the letters rather than
having it pronounce ARES.
