[arm-allstar] broadcastify setup

I tried this...
[root at alarmpi asterisk]# ezstream -qvc ezstream.xml
ezstream: Warning: ezstream.xml is group and/or world readable
ezstream: Connected to http://audio9.broadcastify.com:80/[mount id]
ezstream: Streaming from standard input

And Broadcastify still shows our feed as offline.
