[arm-allstar] HamVoip on Pi3a

Good Day Everone,

I have built a stable HamVOIP image and have had it running using a wifi 
connection via a Pi3B+ board for a week now.  Upon moving the image to a 
Pi3a+, the image is not able to establish a wifi connection with the 
same wifi network as was used on the Pi3B+.  I next moved the image to a 
PiZero2W and the image establishes a connection upon boot. I am able to 
SSH into the image on both the Pi3B+ and the PiZero2w boards using 
established wifi connections.

To confirm that this is a Pi3a+ issue, I booted the same board with a 
Pi-Star image that had been using a wifi connection on a PiZeroWH and 
the Pi-Star image also failed to establish a connection via the Pi3a+ 
board.

Any possible fixes that would allow me to use the Pi3a+ with this image
