[arm-allstar] Hamvoip audio

Every so often the sound will come back to me through the node, but
for a few seconds. I use earbuds on my phone to hear my transmission
on Echolink to keep the sound from echoing.

No, just for a few seconds when I do hear audio coming back to me from
node through HT. No, I don't hear the node's courtesy tone and tail.
