[arm-allstar] Echolink port assignments

I've built a web site to augment our repeater monitoring: 
www.n5tt.org:8080 . The site detects which of our repeaters is active by 
monitoring the udp port on our primary repeater. But Echolink uses UDP 
ports 5198 and 5199. Does anyone know which of those ports is used for 
Voip bearer traffic? I need to be able to sniff the voip port to know 
when traffic is arriving from Echolink.
