[arm-allstar] UHF vs. VHF which is better for a node

For a personal hotspot or backyard node/repeater, I'd say with rare
exception that UHF is preferred over VHF.  The main reason is that noise
is typically much lower on UHF....This includes various man-made sources,
including LED lights, switching power supplies, Solar farms, computers, DSL
Internet, etc., etc.  The local VHF noise floor can be awful, these days.  
UHF is almost always much quieter.
