[arm-allstar] DVSwitch on hamvoip TG question

Thanks a bunch! Got that all to work. Now time to make some dtmf commands. 

Only thing I noticed now is when I look at my dvswitch dashboard it won’t show anyone’s call signs. Only dmr id only
