[arm-allstar] AutoSky broke?

I wrote AutoSkyWarn, that was picked up by HAMVOIP.  A couple of years 
ago, Mason, the author of SkyWarnPlus requested the source code. He had 
my full support to use any part of ASW because I was made aware of the 
upcoming NWS change. I was happy that he wanted to rewrite it.  And 
man-oh-man, he did a fantastic job.

I run SkyWarnPlus on one of my hotspots (PI 3).  It runs great. Much 
easier to config and install than ASW ever was. Try it, I bet you will 
like it! [I'd remove the HAMVOIP version before loading SkywarnPlus.]
