[arm-allstar] Raspberry Pi 5 release

For large hub use an RPi5 will be a winner.  For example, an RPi4B
currently "maxes out" (meaning running out of CPU resources) at between
120 and 145 directly connected nodes. Above this number of connections (or
with heavy CODEC transcoding or webserver activity), the audio begins to 
get choppy.  The RPi5 should extend hub capacity to at least double the 
current limits, probably even more!  This will significantly simplify 
usage for large hubs.

But, I agree, for individual repeater/node use, an RPi3 or Z2W provides 
plenty of horsepower.
