[arm-allstar] Raspberry Pi 5 release

Hi Rob,

Yes, I've been watching the news about the upcoming RPi5 and yes, it will 
be supported by HamVoIP.  I don't know what the availability will be in 
the near term.  I'm disappointed that we're now at the end of Q3/2023 and 
general availability of all RPi hardware is still sporadic.
