Luc,

That is the CPU Load.
"Load" is the unix/linux system load averages, by default they are from Left to right: 1 Minute, 5 Minutes and 15 Minutes. The "load" system in Linux takes into account many factors, but it's safe to say as a rule of thumb that as long as the major number (before the .) is below the number of threads/cores of your device, that you should see smooth sailing (so for a Pi 3B+ anything below 4.00 is good,) this is of course a guideline, not a solid fact.

Matbe others have a better explanation.
