sounds like your internet connection, but i have a couple of things to look
at if you would.
log into putty menu 9 and type   speedtest-cli  and hit the enter key,  it
will test your internet
connection, another test is to look at your supermon while someone is
transmitting and see
if there is cos activity on your repeater node or activity on the connected
node and if they
are dropping, You said "When I'm receiving Transmissions"  where are the
transmissions
entering, via internet from connected node or from an attached
radio/repeater.
