[arm-allstar] HavVoip using HT with a repeater to link allstar

I'm attempting to do an impromptu repeater link for net.
I've got an HT being used with my Allstar node and a new repeater is up
nearby, and the club requested allstar/echolink for folks out of range.

My first test has not been successful because the repeater squelch tail is
making the node key back up on receive and it gets stuck in a loop.

I set the rpt.conf for duplex but that didn't work either.

are there any delay settings i need? Nothing jumped out at me as i read
through the rest of the conf settings.

suggestions?
