I have a similar situation with DVswitch. I'm not sure how this person was able to connect because I have not given any of the info needed to connect using that app to anyone. 

They don't need information like your IP, password etc. to connect if they are using a WT (web transceiver) type connection.
There is more than one way to connect.

If you block all WT type connections though, then nobody using RepeaterPhone, Transceive, or dVSwitch Mobile will be able to connect to you.

I hope there is some way to block specific people in that case, rather than just turning off WT connections in your node settings on allstarlink.org
