[arm-allstar] Strange EchoLink Connection Problem

OK, forget what I said. I just watched it connect without any timer stuff in
the script, and we still had the problem. I heard nothing from the EchoLink
end until I kerchunked the repeater, Allstar end. My script could not be
more simple

That's it.
So confused...
