[arm-allstar] Loss of internet while connected

In a bit of remarkable timing, our internet connection went down while our
repeater system was in use. A station was coming in over allstar when the
internet connection was lost. Since all of the repeaters and Allstar are
linked, the Allstar traffic was sent out on all the repeaters.

When the internet connection went down, it seems like the linked repeaters
kept transmitting, not 100% sure about that.

So...does the Ptt from the node drop if the internet connection is lost
while there is incoming traffic?
