[arm-allstar] Allstarlink.org having a bad day?

Another update.....

I've been watching the rpt_extnodes file size and it's jumping back and 
forth from about 6200 nodes (too low) to about 7700 nodes (which is 
"normal").  I also checked the logs I keep at the HamVoIP end.

This ASL registration weirdness has been occurring for at least the last 
24 hours.
