[arm-allstar] sd image reader

Thanks for the feedback everyone.

After a LOT of tinkering, I have determined that my issues were due to the
card readers I was using. Oddly, even using a microSD adapter with the SD
card slot on my laptop was failing.

I borrowed a newer USB device with a uSD socket (skipping the adapter), and
that seems to be working fine with Win32DiskImager. So I've ordered a new
USB adapter.
