[arm-allstar] DTMF interdigit timeout

Don't forget Macro's..  You can set up a 3 digit macro that might be easier to dial

I’m trying to help a sight impaired ham who is having difficulty coping with completing DTMF commands before it times out. The interdigit timeout seems to be about 3 seconds. Is there some way to change this? I’ve done a bunch of googling but not found a solution.
