[arm-allstar] Allstar on TMO Home Internet?

Just to add to this:

  I just pinged my friend's clear node from the machine hosting the VPN 
server it is connected to, and got these results, which are very 
respectable for a 5g connection, so latency and jitter aren't a problem 
here.

32 packets transmitted, 32 received, 0% packet loss
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 14.527/17.101/24.004/2.026 ms
