[arm-allstar] Connect Log not recording Disconnects

Hi John,
The most likely cause of this issue is not having the discpgm parameter
set correctly in your /etc/asterisk/rpt.conf file, for your node. As an
example, for node 1234:
; rpt.conf
[1234]
connpgm=/usr/local/sbin/supermon/smlogger 1
discpgm=/usr/local/sbin/supermon/smlogger 0
Make sure to restart asterisk (or reboot) after changing the rpt.conf
file.
