[arm-allstar] Echolink Question

My node has been off the air for quite a while due to equipment issues, and
I'm finding I am "re-learning" quite a bit.

 

Question about connecting to an Echolink node: after successfully connecting
(or so says Supermon), is it normal behavior to have to key down once to
actually start receiving traffic? I don't remember having to do that in the
past.
