Your main issue is this,
You have node 59251 then 1998 in the same line. Change 1998 to 59251.
phone-iaxrpt] ;;; Stanza is the context from iax.conf
exten => 59251,1,Answer
exten => 59251,n,Playback,rpt/node
exten => 59251,n,Playback,digits/1
exten => 59251,n,Playback,digits/9
exten => 59251,n,Playback,digits/9
exten => 59251,n,Playback,digits/9
exten => 59251,n,Set(CALLERID(num)=0)
exten => 59251,n,Rpt,1998|P|${CALLERID(name)} ;;; The "CallerID"
from IAXRpt
See ^^^
Change that, save, and reboot.
