[arm-allstar] Window 10 IAX access

[Don VA7QU Poaps]

I had help way back when to install the IAX window program. My desktop died
and so did my access to connecting to the Hamvoip Allstar node. I've been
searching online to find a way to connect. All I remember is an icon with
IAX and I clicked on it and in the settings I was able to connect to the
node. Will the VOIP programs work?
