[arm-allstar] T-Mobile at repeater site

what's a good plan to choose for a low usage allstar and echolink node two
repeaters, uhf, vhf at a remote tower site, i know about reverse vpn and
just want a cheap monthly wireless connection at the site, just not sure
how much data per month.
