We use T-mobile 4G, a Teltonika RUT 240 modem and Zero Tier for our 
repeater.  We use the $10/month T-mobile 4G service.  One GB at 4G speed 
then slower speed but slower speed is fine for a simplex connection to a 
hub on a Pi at your house or in the cloud
