[arm-allstar] Passing Call signs

Echolink, no. Digital, yes.

Install Analog_Reflector and put it between MMDVM_Bridge and 
Analog_Bridge. However, this only really works if *everything* is going 
through Analog_Reflector as a hub.

If you have multiple Allstar nodes connected, this will only go as far 
as one node unless you connect them all together via USRP.
