Hi:
I realize this is a bit out of scope, but I have a HamVoIP system
running in a data center. It has 5 available public IP addresses. I have
Asterisk/echolink bound to one, tbd as an echolink conference server
bound to another, and the other three aren't doing much of anything, so
I wanted to run a few echolink proxies (or relays) to help with the
echolink infrastructure, though I don't use echolink myself, other than
hosting a conference and bridge to it. I could probably eliminate one of
the echolink bindings and use thelinkbox between HamVoIP and TBD, but I
haven't gotten around to making that work yet.
Someone told me about the elproxy replacement by PE1CHL, written in c.

It requires nettle-dev to build, which doesn't seem to exist on
archlinux without perhaps building from source, or installing from yay,
which I couldn't get to work on HamVoIP.
I compiled it on Raspbian. However, my Raspbian install uses glibc 2.28,
and HamVoIP has glibc 2.263, so the compiled binary runs fine on my
Raspbian Pi, but not on ALARM.
So, without building a chroot environment to compile it, I can't manage
to get this built in a way that it will run on this version of ALARM. I
guess that's the next step. Did I mention I don't really know what I'm
doing?
Just wondering, on the off-chance, if anyone else has done this
successfully.
