[arm-allstar] Repeaterphone app quit connecting?

The ASL registration server at NFO Servers Chicago went offline about 
14:10 EST on Sunday and continued to be down/unstable for about 36hrs. 
after that point.  During this time, webphone authentication (like used by 
the repeaterphone app) was impaired.
