[arm-allstar] Possible alternative to the Raspberry Pi 3?

HamVoIP support for most of these boards is in progress.  I expected a 
release during Christmas week, however, other events got in the way 
(powerful winter storm, complete with rolling blackouts and 
frozen/broken water pipes!).
