I bought one of these inovato Quadra items. Besides the major interferance it caused on my radios, how hot it seem to run at, and the fact that trying to get the software to load either on the exsisting software or a complete load of a new OS ---- it just didn't work. I ended up giving it to my son-in-law to use a a media delivery box and he came back wih pretty much the same issues so we thru it in the trash. And any help from the tech support was only by mail and worthless at that.
It's too bad as it would have made a nice littel option to the Pi and for a great price. I guess you get what you pay for as it is said.

Looking further at their web site --- Links at the very top of their
page explains that some cooling probably needs to be dealt with.
*It Says "BEFORE ORDERING* please read this link: keeping your quadra
cool
<https://forum.inovato.com/post/keeping-the-quadra-cool-12455928?pid=1333518445>
and amateur radio operators: potential adapter interference

Just pointing to a caution note from here.
Overall it looks like a neat alternative at a great price.
