[arm-allstar] Converting IRLP node to Allstar

Hi Jon,

What type of IRLP node do you have??  ---PC or other hardware?

You'll need a different interface card, for example:

To run HamVoIP, currently you'll need a Raspberry Pi 2/3/4 or 
Zero 2W family computer.  Additional platforms are being tested now, for 
release soon.
