[arm-allstar] Private node connection issue

Rpt, extensions, iax are correct. I do not have a NAT router. I been re-verifying over and over :) I had this before with dvswitch, but never thought any of it. Now I need non dvswitch private nodes to connect both ways. This happen on different private nodes and different location. I just setup a test bed here at home.  I do not understand the error message.
